All rates are per person, 12 installments for a standard term of August 13, 2027 to July 19, 2028. Rates include furnishings, in-unit laundry, Internet. $50 amenity fee required with each installment. Annual administrative fee ($600, or $150 with approved guarantor) and $30 application fee required. Limited spaces are available for immediate move-in; please inquire with our staff.
